Staff at Home Maintenance HQ
Home Maintenance HQ is run by Wade Thiel. He is a journalist living in Indianapolis, IN.
Wade and his wife bought their first fixer-upper in Indianapolis in 2016. They fixed or replaced every major system within the home, from the HVAC system and plumbing system, to major electrical projects and new appliances. The home also needed a new roof, paint, and much more. They sold that house for a large profit in 2021.
Today, they own another home in Indianapolis built in 1968. This split level home has brought plenty of challenges, including well maintenance, roofing and chimney care, and a much larger yard with over 30 trees.
Wade’s hope is that his experience working and maintaining his homes can help you do the same for yours.
